A twist on a local favourite, this “laksa” serves more than just familiarity and taste, but offers the ultimate guilt-free experience.
Find hand fillet salmon slices, the ever famous “miracle” konjac noodles made from yam, and snap peas amongst other elements in each meal.
Took us a while, but we think it’ll make for a great, easy light dinner.

If you use our trays, peel open the seal slightly from a corner. Place the tray in the steamer for 10 -15 minutes.
As all steamers function differently (you may have electric ones, vs metal plates over boiling water), we advise you to check on your food and give it a good stir.
