This high protein, lower in carbs meal is jammed packed with flavours of savoury, sweet, nutty all in one.
Even at a low carb count of just 46g, you’ll be absolutely satiated with a portion of an entire duck leg, cooked sous-vide and hand-pulled for incredible tenderness and taste.
Paired with “candied” sweet potatoes (candied with all-natural plant base sweeteners of course), chopped spinach & roasted carrots, these sides provide you a good amount of dietary fiber for a healthy gut.
Tying this bowl altogether is Fresher’s Housemade Goma Dare, a deliciously fragrant sesame sauce found in Japanese cuisines. Like all our sauces and dressings, when it’s made in house, you can trust that every micronutrient from sodium to sugars are controlled and transparent.
This is overall a great meal for non-training days and light dinners.
